Hermanos Guasch, the official Beneteau dealer in Barcelona, Tarragona, and northern Castellón, has been chosen by the French shipyard as “Best Customer Service 2019” across the entire Beneteau network worldwide. This international recognition reflects the company’s commitment to excellence in customer service and the continuous improvement of its processes.

Continuous Training: The Key to Our Success

This award represents the outcome of a work philosophy based on the continuous application of improvements in work protocols, including the ongoing training and updating of knowledge of our human team.

In this context, Josep Maria Guasch, Head of Workshop, and Sergio Morales, Senior Mechanical Officer, traveled to the Beneteau shipyard in La Moriniere, France, to receive technical training focused on the latest improvements in the repair and maintenance of Beneteau boats.

Experts from the Beneteau shipyard itself and external professionals, specialists in each of the fields to be covered, were the instructors responsible for teaching the latest developments and techniques in areas such as electrical control of the boat, new electronic navigation systems, air and water circuits, and the tuning of the rigging and mast of the boats.

 

At the Forefront of the Latest Technologies

Hermanos Guasch also stands out in the field of outboard engines. Akinori Kishita, Director of After-Sales Service for Suzuki’s Engine Engineering Department in Japan, visited our facilities to see firsthand the installation, maintenance, and repair processes we apply.

After analyzing our fleet of engines in the water and the experience of our team, Kishita expressed his satisfaction with the precision and quality of Hermanos Guasch’s work.

Thanks to this high level of expertise, our company has been selected as one of the four Spanish Suzuki dealers to act as a quality control center for the brand, consolidating our leadership in the nautical sector and in outboard engines in Tarragona.
