Light and elegant, it is the most functional sailboat in the Oceanis range, the ultimate family cruise. The Oceanis 34.1 offers an ideal combination of habitability, space and ease of navigation, to enjoy trips to the sea without complications.
The feeling of spaciousness is achieved thanks to the increased volume of the hull that provides more living space from the bow to the middle of the boat. The hull, designed by Marc Lombard, achieves good results even in light winds thanks to its greater curvature to reduce the live work, that is, there is less surface under the water.
The deck is focused on facilitating the circulation of the crew and enjoying life on board safely. It devotes special attention to simple and calm navigation, which it achieves by integrating a laminated bowsprit in the bow for the supporting sails, locating the halyard and furling manoeuvres at the beginning of the cockpit and placing a winch in each of the two pilot positions, where the navigation electronics are also located.
Thanks to this distribution, a more spacious deck than expected in a 10-foot sailboat is achieved in which you can enjoy life at sea and anchoring. A central table with folding wings, two banquettes in the skipper positions and a large bathing platform complete the sensation of comfort and practicality of the deck plan.
The interior of this cruise ship, nearly 2 meters high, is a perfect example of the values of the Oceanis range: modern and elegant lines, great natural light, ease of movement, comfort and practicality.
The hatches and the numerous portlights distributed between the hull and the deck allow the entry of a large amount of exterior light and provide very good ventilation. Highlights include the folding chart table in the saloon which, once folded, allows the addition of two extra bunks, the private owner's cabin thanks to a double-leaf door, the kitchen with all the necessary elements for a cruise and a dining area composed by two large sofas and a table with two folding wings.
Regarding the distribution, this model offers two options of two or three cabins with a toilet and shower, and the furniture materials are proposed in walnut or oak.
· A habitable and safe deck: It is surprising to find such a free and uncluttered deck in a sailboat of these dimensions, which invites you to give it a much more social use, dedicate it to enjoyment and feel more secure when moving on board.
· Calm and efficient navigation: the innovations applied to the hull by the Marc Lombard studio have managed to reduce the pitching of the sailboat and achieve more balance during navigation, as well as offering very good performance for sailing with little and medium wind.
· First Line version with a plus of benefits: Beneteau offers the First Line configuration for those who like to enjoy a more active navigation, with a classic mast, increased sail area and a manoeuvre thinking on regattas.
